We are a fast growing business in the Denver area. Each year we are quadrupling in size and are in need of meeting that growth with qualified employees.
EXTERIOR WINDOW TREATMENT MANUFACTURING / INSTALLATION
We are seeking reliable people who are ambitious task and detail oriented self-starters for manufacturing/installation positions for all of our products. We are a growing company in the Denver area providing various types of U.S Dept. of Energy approved exterior energy efficient products, such as rolling shutters, solar screens, retractable screens, and awnings to Colorado residents, both commercial and residential. You will start in part time position, and only those demonstrating the desire to grow with us will advance into full-time positions. Job hours vary and can be from between 7:00 am and 8:00pm, from now until the end of December, with possibilities of longer employment and advancement. We are interested in only those people who have the desire and ambition to become a member of a growing business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Desired applicants will have some experience in the products above, but we will provide training on all equipment and all tasks. Applicants will be responsible for traveling with truck and trailer to different locations and should be comfortable driving a full size truck with trailer, including backing the trailer.
Credentials and Experience: Experience in general construction or window construction/installation is preferred. However, we will provide training on all equipment and all tasks.
Special Requirements: Applicants will be working outside for the majority of the day and must be able to withstand the summer heat as well as rain and other elements. Applicants with allergies may have difficulty due to the nature of work. Daily work is very strenuous so you must be in good health and able to lift 50-100 pounds, climb ladders and are not afraid of heights.
EXTERIOR WINDOW TREATMENT SALES POSITION
We are seeking experienced sales people to join our team. We are looking for candidates who have some experience in exterior window treatment sales (training is also provided on our specific products) for both out of pocket sales as well as insurance projects. Experience working with contractors is a plus. To view our products, click on the banner below.
This position is salary/commission based. You will receive occasional leads from our office; however, this position will mainly include outside sales with community and commercial cold calling and local travel. All sales positions have monthly sales quotas.
We are looking for honest, outgoing, self-starters who can close the sale while maintaining a high level of customer care and communication.
Applicants must have their own vehicle, a valid driver's license, ladder is a plus (or may be supplied by us), camera and cell phone. You must have experience in climbing ladders at homes or businesses and/or walking roofs or other high elevations to perform estimates as well as feel comfortable going over and answering questions on the estimate with the homeowner.
